Here are the powers.

Prue: Prue is the oldest sister. She was killed by Shax at the end of Season Three. Prue has the power of telekinesis, which is moving objects with the mind. She also has bilocation/astral projection, which is the power to be in two places at the same time.
Piper: Piper is the second oldest sister.
Piper has the power of molecular immobilization/temporal stasis, which is the power to slow down molecules to the point where they stop, which allows her to freeze time. She also has molecular combustion, which is the power to speed up molecules to the point where they literally explode.
Phoebe: Phoebe is the second youngest sister. She has the power of Precognition/Psychometry, which is the ablility to grab ahold of and object and see into the future/past of the person who the object belongs to. Or she can just pick up a premontion (seeing into the future of past of anyone/anything) out of no where. Phoebe also has the power of levitation, which is the ablility to fly. There is a rumor that Phoebe will get the power to absorb attacks and send them back, but this is not official.
Paige: Paige is the youngest sister. She is actually the half sister of them. Paige will have some witch powers, along with whitelighter abilities since her mother was a witch and her father was a whitelighter. Paige has the power of telekinetic orbing, which is the power to move objects by orbing them. She also has the power of orbing herself. At first she could only orb in the same place, but now she can orb anywhere. She also heal people, but she needs the assitance of a whitlighter.
Leo: Leo is the witches' whiteligter (guardian angel). He has the power to orb, which is the power to teleport(moving from place to place in the blink of an eye), but a little slower. He also has the power to heal people and the power of telelocation, which is the ability to locate people with the mind. Another power he has is to fly.
Cole: Cole is Phoebe's husband. He has many powers now because he is becoming the new Source. He has the ability to teleport in a trail of flame, he can summon forth fireballs, he can tap into minds and read them, and he has more. Lately, he has been vanquished as The Source. But while in the astral plane, he was able to gain a few new powers. They haven't been demonstrated much. But the ones shown are these that follow:
1)Being able to shoot electric type energy
2)A different form of shimmering
3)Being able to use a type of telekinetic/time power. In the Season Finale of Season 4, he made the bullet that was flying towards Phoebe slow down tremendously, and used his powers to switch Phoebe and 'agent' Jackman's places in an instant
Patty: Patty is their mother. She has the power to freeze time. She once used the power of premonition. But she was only able to use it because she was pregnant.
Penny: Penny is their grandmother. She has the power of telekinesis.
